1. The scope of the terms of sale

These terms and conditions apply to apply to all sales through the website www.bijouxdemail.com.

2. The availability of products

The jewellery is sometimes available in a single copy. We can therefore not guarentee delivery of your chosen article if the nu,ber of orders exceeds the number of items in stock.

3. Warning

Due to the fact that enamels are created gently by hand the colours can vary when the jewellery is fired. Thus, we cannot guarentee the accuracy of the colour of the jewellery despite our best efforts.

4. The Price

All prices are indicated in Euros and include all taxes but exclude shipping costs. The price can be changed at any time without notice knowing that the items will be billed on the understanding of the ????????? at the time of order.

The price is payable in full in one payment at the time of order (with exception to two payments made by two cheques with no extra charge). All orders are billed and payable in euros only.

For all deliveries outside mainland France, any customs fees or local taxes are the responsability of the recipient.

5. The cost of  participation in the preparation and shipment of the order are fixed flat ????? on the site.

The shipping costs are charged at a flat rate - composed of a fixed part and a part depending onthe number of items ordered. The geographical area and the shipping method that you choose are the articles that can vary the amount you must remember to order all your items in one go.

6. Payment

Your payment has a maximum guarentee of security through PAYPAL. Payment methods: by bank card or private card (blue card, visa, eurocard/mastercard) on this site. You can also pay by cheque and direct bank transfer.

7. Delivery

Whether you order your product from France or abroad, your product will be delivered to your door. The delivery time includes the time to prepare the package and the time taken for the product to be delivered. The average time is 24 hours with Colissomo in France. This cannot be guarenteed and bijouxdemail.com cannot be held responsable for delays in delivery.
Warning: if you choose to pay by cheque, the order will be commenced upon the receipt of the cheque and there will be a delay as a consequence.

8. Guarentee: satisfied, exchange or refund

The product does not suit you? You have changed your mind?

You have 7 working days from the date of receipt to return the products for refund or exchange.

The returned products (except earings) must be in a resalable condition, unused, properly protected in its original package with all accessories, documentation and associated notices intact and not handwritten.

Our products should not have been unsealed, worn or be without their labels, so that the consumer can exercise the right or withdrawal.

All returned products must be together, in their original packaging, entirely complete and intact and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is without penalty, with the only exceptions being shipping and return policies. Upon withdrawing their product, the consumer had the option of requesting either to have a credit note (excluding shipping), or to exchange or have their product refunded. In the case of an exchange, the return will be at the expense of the consumer.

In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, bijouxdemail.com will make every effort to credit the consumer with a credit note or a refund within 60 days.

The returned product must include:

- The invoice or delivery note that corresponds with the correct piece of jewellery and must include the reason for return written on the document.

- The product must be sent back with acknowledgment of receipt or by Colissomo.

- www.bijouxdemail.com will refund, within 60 days, via bank transfer, the amount that is on the invoice, excluding shipping costs.

9. The right of access and modification

Professional ethics

Bijoux d'emailis highly concerned with protecting your privacy and therefore treats all your personal information with the strictest confidentiality. When shopping on our site, we only ask you for the following necessary information (name, address and email address) in order to manage your order with the utmost quality and care.

Your rights

In accordance with the data protection act of 6th January 1978 you have the right to access and correct only data that concerns you. You can choose to be informed about our products in the future by mail, telephone or email. If you do not wish to receive this information, contact us using the address on the contacts page, giving us your name, address and email address.

10. Liability

bijouxdemail.com disclaims any liability for breach of contract due to a major unforseeable event (strike, flood, fire)

bijouxdemail.com assumes no responsability for the content of sites which are hyperlinked from its own site.

11. All clauses in these general conditionsof sale, and all purchases and sales which occur therein, aill be subject to French law.

12. Consumer Agreement

These terms and conditions of sale and the prices listed on this site are expressely approved and accepted by the consumer. The consumer therefore declares and recognises the necessity to give up the right to take advantage of any contradictory document and the terms and conditions that accompany this contradictory document.

These terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice.
